Fairway was founded in 1996 by Steve Jacobson and headquartered in Madison, WI as well as Carrollton, TX.  We have our own Appraisal Management Company and began servicing loans in 2015.  Fairway established the Employee Stock Ownership Plan in 2015 as well so our employees are INVESTED in the future of Fairway and it’s relationships with our clients.  Fairway became licensed in all 50 states between 2016-2020 and founded two separate charity organizations.. the American Warrior Initiative and Fairway Cares.  And in 2021 funded our highest annual volume ever of $72.5 Billion.

 

 

 

Foley Alabama Branch

 

Fairway Independent Mortgage opened it’s Foley Branch in 2016 and today is home to The Sharon Thompson Team.  Sharon is from the Mobile area and grew up on the beautiful beaches of South Alabama and is committed to the communities she serves.   She is licenses in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi and brings with her a deep seated desire to help the families that she serves by providing a safe and secure home to raise their families in, as well as providing homes to those families in their Golden Years as they live out their life’s rewards.  She looks forward to serving you and YOUR family as well.
